7 Bible verses to remind us the importance of forgiveness

Forgiveness.

It is another one of the enemy’s favorite weapons against believers. He has us convinced that either God won’t forgive us or we shouldn’t forgive others. So we end up either being trapped by insecurities or bitterness toward those who have wronged us.

But God does not want that for us. In fact, there are dozens and dozens of verses in the Bible that talk about forgiveness.

Instead of us talking about it, we’re going to let the Scripture do the talking. Here are seven of our favorite forgiveness Bible verses that remind us, God is generous with forgiveness and we should extend that same gift to others.
